Photofoil Digital and silkscreen transfers are applied conventional hot foiling techniques, giving full colour graphics at high speed. The printed moulding can be handled, assembled and packed instantly after printing making it ideal for “by the press” operation:- mould – assemble – pack – pack, with reduced cycle times and simpiler than in-mould decoration.

Application machines from Diamond have been used for flat bed or round applications up to 1 metre long for display panels or ice buckets, and as small as 20mm for pens, lipstick tubes and compacts. Complex curved shapes can be catered for.
